Albaad treats its suppliers and business partners fairly and with good faith, in the negotiation stage and throughout the business relationship, and is committed to uphold all the agreements the company has entered into.

• Communication with Fair Suppliers

Albaad is aware of the importance of contracting with suppliers that meet the requirements of the law as regards employee rights, suppliers who treat their employees fairly and at the very least operate according to the local law.

• Receipt of Gifts and Benefits

Albaad will avoid receipt of any gift of any worth beyond symbolic value (whether in terms of its monetary value or in terms of the circumstances in which the gift was received).

• Confidentiality and Conflict of Interest

Transferring information to a supplier or any other entity about any of Albaad’s suppliers is forbidden. Information provided by our suppliers will only be used for the purpose for which it was disclosed to the company. In its dealings with suppliers, Albaad will avoid circumstances that could lead to a real or potential conflict of interest. Should there be any doubt, conduct yourself in complete transparency and consult your supervising manager.

• Antitrust

Albaad strives to fulfill the applicable requirements of antitrust law. Should questions related to antitrust issues arise, your direct supervisor or the company’s legal department should be consulted.

• Defamation of Competitors

Albaad will avoid speaking negatively about its competitors, their actions and products. Should you be asked about competitors’ products or requested to compare Albaad and its competitors, make an effort to emphasize Albaad’s advantages and avoid defamation of the competitors.
