At Albaad, we are committed to minimizing the environmental impact of our operations and products. As a manufacturer of single-use products with production sites in Europe and Israel, we recognize the importance of responsible environmental stewardship and are dedicated to conducting our business in an environmentally sustainable manner.

This policy serves as a foundational document that outlines Albaad’s principles, objectives, and strategies for achieving environmental excellence in all aspects of our operations.

Environmental Principles & Objectives:

• Low-Impact Manufacturing & Resource Efficiency: Optimize our manufacturing processes to minimize energy and water consumption and reduce greenhouse gas emissions.
• Waste Management: Implement waste reduction strategies, including recycling, reusing, and responsible disposal of materials.
• Set & Monitor Environmental Objectives: Set environmental targets on water consumption, energy utilization and waste management and monitor them.
• Sustainable Innovation & Product Design: Continuously assess and improve our product design to reduce environmental impacts and explore sustainable alternatives to existing raw materials, with a focus on biodegradable and recyclable materials.
• Training and Awareness: Provide training to our employees to raise awareness about environmental issues and foster a culture of environmental responsibility throughout the organization.
• Supplier Collaboration: We will work closely with our suppliers to encourage sustainable practices and source materials with lower environmental impacts.
• Compliance: Ensure strict compliance with environmental laws and regulations in all our manufacturing operations in Europe and in Israel. Environmental compliance at each operational site will be the responsibility of the respective site’s management.
• Communication: Regularly communicate our environmental performance to stakeholders, including customers, employees, and the public.

The responsibility for the implementation of this Environmental Management Policy rests with the management team. However, every employee is encouraged to contribute to the achievement of our environmental objectives.
